alpine loop!

First off, the Firecracker was a great race and we will most likely go back next year!  We received big compliments on the new jersey from the race announcer afterwards as well!  A good time was had by all!

On another note, if you have never ridden the alpine loop (sundance resort), it is surely a must do!  After having had the opportunity to ride some of the major climbs in the Alps and Pyrenees, the Alpine loop is one that makes me feel like i am back there again!  We chose to ride from Provo canyon (sundance turn off) up past Sundance and over towards Lehi, and back.  The climbs are epic from both sides so you can't go wrong!  Weekends may not be the ideal time to ride this as we found out.  "We probably could have ridden on the freeway and had less traffic." Izaac Wilson.  It was still one of the better rides i know, even with weekend traffic.   cheers
